We are a team of mental health experts. We provide assessment and therapy services to children, teens and adults. Our team is led by Dr. Tim Smith, Clinical Psychologist. How many counselling sessions should I book?
It is best to schedule the first six to ten sessions weekly. This helps establish a strong working relationship with the therapist and makes it more likely that you will start making progress as soon as possible.

Does OHIP cover your services fees?
OHIP (The Ontario Health Insurance Plan) does not cover the fees of any private practice Psychologists in Ontario. Psychological services can be accessed for free through Psychologists who are employees of hospitals. However, this has become rather rare in Ontario and is typically found only at the largest hospitals.
What type of payment method do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, e-transfers, and cash as payment methods.
Can I book appointments online?
